Terms and Conditions

All watches sold by WMW are guaranteed to be genuine and in new condition (unless we specify the condition to be used). All our watches come in original packaging with original watchbox, instruction manual, serial number and international warranty filled out properly, which allows you to have service/repairs made in a local store. If you prefer WMW to handle any defective watch, please feel free to send it and we will handle the case for you. When sending in your watch for warranty service please include the following:

• your name

• original invoice number

• detailed problem description

• your address, phone number and e-mail

For you protection, you should insure your watch for at least its purchase price.

The standard warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the puchased i.e. defects. The defect well be serviced/ repaired free of charge during the warranty period. The warranty excludes watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance limitations.

    3.  The contract of purchase

• The contract of purchase comes about when the buyer receives the order confirmation email wich is send to you directly after ordering. The seller needs to inform immediately in case a product is not deliverable or for any reason, he refuses to accept the order.
• Revocation time starts after receipt of the merchandise as well as a detailed revocation policy in written, on the invoice. For revocation details: see "revocation policy"

      4.   Return policy

Our return policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The watch must be in new, unused and unworn condition. It must be with attached security tag and in original packaging, unused warranty card and instruction booklets. We do not except any watch with worn or used indications.

• By used or worn indications, the watch will not be refunded to the buyer and will be returned on it’s costs if the buyer agrees to pay for the shipping costs.

• Returns must be reported within 5 dayes and reach our company within 15 days of original delivery date. For returning date we count the date on the post stamp. The merchandise needs to be send to: Watch My Watches, Am Klettergarten 7, 82065 Baierbrunn, Germany. The reason of return does not need to be specified.

• Any defect or discrepancy is to be reported within 24 hours.

• The puchaser needs to inform WMW immediately (within 6 hours) if he decides to cancel the order.

• By return, the price of the watch will be refunded as well as the shipping costs within EU when the merchandise exceeds the value of Euro 40,00. 

• Any dued refunds from the buyer to the seller need to be made within 30 days from on the return of the watch.

• A reverse money transaction takes about 7-10 business days (visa and mastercard)

      5.    Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros and excluding shipping costs. All transactions will be charged in Euros. For your information, the amount appearing in your statement (in local currency SFR and US Dollars, by clicking on the wanted currency rate on the right border) may not be exactly equivalent to the amount charged as it is depending on the rate used when the currency is converted from Euro to your local currency.

     6.   Payments

Payments are to be made immediately after ordering. An order confirmation is send to you by email directly after you have sent off your order. The watch will be sent to you within 24 hours after receipt of the payment. Credit cards will be charged immediately after ordering.

The accepted payment methods are:

• International money order

• Money transfer

• Paypal

• Cash-on-delivery(only in Germany, with 2 Euro  extra charge)

• Cash

      7.  Delivery

Once we have received your payment, the package will go out the next day and gets to you within 3-4 days innerhalf Europe, outside Europ 3 days later. Defined or specified delivery time wishes need to be made in writing. If the buyer claims and is entitled to delay indemnification, due to minor negligence on the part of the seller, this will not be more than 5% of the selling price. Claims can be layed only 6 weeks after the agreed delivery time. The buyer can not claim if the delivery is delayed because of external influances or by business breakdown on the part of the seller or the supplier during the period of production inefficiency due to these reasons.

      8.  Proprietary right

The proprietary rights of the watch stay with the seller until payment has been received for the watch. In case of payment delays by the purchaser, the seller can recede from the contract of purchase.

     9.  Defective goods

Claims of the buyer by reason of defective articles become prescriptive after 2 years from on the purchase of the article. The buyer can lay claim to reperation of the defective good. The seller needs to be informed immediately.
